Return Policy

At BIOEFFECT, all sales are final. However, we gladly accept returns or exchanges for products that are defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item. Please note that the item must be in its original packaging, unused, with all security seals intact and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

To request a refund or exchange, please email us at bioeffect@bioeffect.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Our team aims to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. We will provide return authorization and shipping instructions. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. Upon approval, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Please note that return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
